  • You have been working on a feature for ages but you have no idea when it’s actually going to ship
  • Your team are kind and friendly people but they don’t really trust each other… or you

How it works

Every contract is bespoke, tailored to your team's needs and budget. The process below is one we have used before and we know works well.

1. Discovery

We spend a week interviewing members of your team, teasing out pain points and areas that could use improvement.

We will look at both team culture / processes and the technical architecture of your products.

At the end, we'll do an interactive presentation of our assessment of your situation and a first attempt at recommended solutions.

2. Embed

Quinn and/or associates join your team for 3-6 months to observe, coach and put changes into action.

During this time, your team will undergo rapid change in the way it does things, but its leadership will be fully empowered to continue the work after this phase is over.

3. Retainer

Optionally, you can keep us on call for an extended period afterwards.

Your team will be able to contact us for support with specific initiatives, knotty technical challenges, facilitation or coaching & mentoring.
